What substrates can be coated with Diamond Vogel Peridium Powder Coatings?
Any substrate that can withstand a high temperature cure can potentially be coated with our powder coatings. If you have any questions about whether or not your substrate can be coated with our powder coatings please contact us and we will put you in touch with one of our technical experts.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Diamond Vogel does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
Shipping: We do our best to provide you with the best shipping options available. FREE Shipping Option uses the best and most efficient ground option that is available. The other options are available for your selection for an additional charge and can be viewed in the checkout screen prior to completing your order.
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
What about shipping during hot and humid weather?
Shipping powder coatings during extreme heat and humidity can potentially damage your powder coatings. If the powder coatings are exposed to these conditions for an extended period of time, they can become defective. During these conditions, we will likely not ship products where they will be held in shipping facilities over the weekends or holidays. Diamond Vogel recommends a 3 day service or sooner when shipping any heat sensitive powders. Diamond Vogel offers low cost, flat rate air shipping on all orders. Ask a representative for details.
Diamond Vogel will not be responsible for any damaged powder due to heat exposure, i.e., packages left on shipping docks over a weekend or holiday. We encourage you to plan ahead and we will also work with you try to prevent these scenarios.
What if the product that I want is out of stock?
If the product you want to purchase is out of stock please contact us for an estimated date of when that product will be back in stock?
Do these products come with a warranty?
Since Diamond Vogel does not control the application of its product, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products do not perform as specified, for whatever reason, Diamond Vogel’s liability will under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product. Our only obligation shall be to replace any defective materials supplied by us, or refund the original purchase price of the product after we have determined it to be defective. We recommend that you do adequate testing in your facility or plant to determine if this product meets your requirements.
