The Fill-N-Spray aerosol filling system is a convenient, cost-effective solution for businesses to fill aerosol cans. The FILL-N-SPRAY system allows you to deliver one can or hundreds of cans---cleanly, quickly, and easily. The system combines a great machine with our own pre-charged aerosol cans that have excellent ALV solvent blends and superior filling and spraying mechanisms.
The Fill-N-Spray System uses our proprietary “ALV” solvent blends to achieve consistently outstanding results. We’ve engineered this blend to work seamlessly with nearly every fast-drying solvent borne coating. Virtually eliminating the need to stock different types of pre-charged cans.
For unique coatings or applications, we will work directly with you to custom formulate a solvent blend that meets your products specialized application.
Unlike most other systems, Fill-N-Spray uses our patented, female valve filling system. During the filling process, our patented injector pin inserts into the female valve, forming a tight liquid seal. When the pump is engaged, the piston injects paint into the can, leaving little or no residue at the top of the can. This system efficiently fills aerosols, in up to 20 percent less time than comparable male-valve systems. It’s faster, more efficient with less clean up, which adds up to more profitable aerosol filling.
Fill-N-Spray cans utilize a larger inner valve that efficiently transfers paint through the valve. This large inner valve paired with a high-volume spray tip, provides a full spray gun quality fan pattern and minimizes the chance of clogging—even with the thickest paints and primers. Our variety of advanced spray patterns allows for quicker and more even paint distribution for all applications.
Simple, efficient, reliable and economical. The Model 14 is ideal for automotive jobbers, paint manufacturers, and OEM touch up programs who focus on small to medium batch sizes. With a 1qt reservoir capacity and no need for additional hookups the Model 14 is an economical way to get your business set up to fill aerosol cans.
Offers the same simplicity, efficiency, and reliability as the Model 14, only with a greater capacity. The M1 features an auto pneumatic control system that allows for easy filling simply by placing the can on the can locator and shutting the door. With a one gallon paint reservoir this model is perfect for large runs or batches.
