Diamond Vogel is seeking a reliable and motivated Summer Material Handler to support our warehouse operations during our busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, or turret trucks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, and/or turret trucks (as qualified)
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Receive and put away incoming materials accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM from May to August/Early September
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Preferred:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience operating forklifts, stock pickers, or turret trucks
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety practices
