Dental Insurance - Delta DentalDelta Dental is the largest dental plan system in the United States. Our employee plan includes preventive care services that cover cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride, and sealants.
Vision Insurance - VSPVSP Vision Care has about 80 million customers worldwide and is the largest vision insurance company in the United States. This plan assists with glasses or contacts.
Vogel WellnessVogel Wellness is a program that encourages each other to achieve healthy lifestyle choices and whole wellness; mind, body, and spirit. Employees and spouses are eligible to participate in opportunities for cash incentive and rewards with logged aerobic exercise hours.
- Basic Term - 100% provided by the company, benefit is equal to annual earnings.
- Voluntary Term - Group term life options are available to employee, spouse and children at low rates.
PTO PayPaid Time Off is awarded each pay period based on years of service and hours paid per week as follows:
- Earning from hire: 10 PTO days annual award level (plus receive a one-time injection of 24 PTO hours after only 60 days).
- After second anniversary: 15 PTO days annual award level.
- After eighth anniversary: 20 PTO days annual award level.
- After eighteenth anniversary: 25 PTO days annual award level.
