Diamond Vogel is seeking a Blender/Mixer to support Manufacturing operations at our paint production facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hands-on production role is responsible for accurately pulling and mixing raw materials while following batch tickets and laboratory instructions to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting production schedules, and upholding safety standards within the plant.
This position works 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with overtime opportunities on Fridays based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Pull, weigh, and stage raw materials according to batch tickets
- Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed batch instructions and lab specifications to ensure product accuracy
- Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as directed
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with strong attention to accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment is helpful
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
On-the-job training is provided to develop the specific technical skills required for success in this role.
