Diamond Vogel is seeking a Liquid Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within our paint manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, overseeing equipment reliability, and supporting facility improvement initiatives.
The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with production and plant leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the Liquid Plant maintenance team
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Oversee installation, setup, and improvement of plant equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
- Support equipment reliability and asset management initiatives
- Collaborate with production leadership to reduce downtime and improve performance
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- 2-year technical degree in a related mechanical or industrial field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and facility systems
- Demonstrated humility, integrity, and willingness to serve
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
