Material Handler-1st & 2nd Shift-$2,500 Hiring Bonus

Diamond Vogel is seeking Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations at our facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hands-on role is responsible for safely moving, tracking, and organizing raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse while supporting inventory accuracy and production flow.
This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material tracking, and upholding safety standards across the facility.
This position can either work 1st shift, Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or 2nd shift Monday-Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Both positions have overtime opportunities on Fridays based on business needs.
What you’ll do
  • Operate industrial forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse
  • Accurately record material movements and purchase order receipts using RF scanning and warehouse systems (QAD)
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage and production areas
  • Print and apply labels for inventory tracking and organization
  • Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and year-end inventory activities
  • Perform routine equipment tasks such as recharging batteries, changing propane tanks, and maintaining battery cells
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions to leadership
  • Support overall warehouse and production operations as needed
What we’re looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous material handling experience required, including both stand-up and sit-down forklift operation
  • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification on the job)
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work effectively in a team environment
