Diamond Vogel in Orange City, Iowa, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to work collaboratively with the Controllers on business and positive change impact projects and provide executive level decision support. Responsible for business and data analytics platform (Power BI) to support the company’s need to make data-driven decisions. Duties include developing and maintaining Diamond Vogel analytics platform; utilizing ERP application to understand reporting needs and data sources; perform Gross Margin analysis regarding root cause analysis and work with the business to recommend corrective action; create and define dashboards and report metrics; assist in analysis requested by Product Management, Business Unit Managers, and the CFO/CEO for budgeting/forecasting, cash flow analysis, cash efficiency analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field and a Google Professional Data Analytics Certification.
