Diamond Vogel has a full-time position for a Logistics Associate at the Orange City, Iowa, location. The Logistics Associate assists with managing Diamond Vogel’s fleet operations and supports the Fleet Supervisor in ensuring the efficient movement and distribution of Diamond Vogel products to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
· Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
· Use ERP systems to identify and manage shipments and workflows.
· Use logistics software to optimize processes and improve efficiencies.
· Communicate across multiple departments and internal teams to resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth operations.
· Assist with driver communications.
Skills and Experience
· Dependable self-starter with the ability to find and address problems and opportunities for improvement.
· Ability to provide friendly and professional assistance to customers.
· Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Systematic thinker with strong organizational skills.
· Skilled using Excel and other common Microsoft applications.
