Key Objectives
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs.
- Partner across teams to establish and manage CRM practices.
- Elevate brand awareness and cultivate strong customer engagement across all relevant channels.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to optimize demand generation and lead nurturing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across all customer-facing channels, including print, digital, email, social media, events, and video.
- Own the day-to-day operations of marketing projects—developing timelines, managing resources, and ensuring delivery deadlines.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, customer behaviors, and market trends to inform future marketing tactics.
- Maintain and manage content across touchpoints including web, email, social, events, and direct communications.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business development efforts.
- Present campaign strategies and outcomes to senior leaders and provide recommendations for optimization and budget planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including campaign management and team collaboration.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on results and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Creative mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
