Diamond Vogel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production employees in a paint manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting employee performance, accountability, and development on the production floor.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and scheduling goals
- Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to production team members
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality; address issues and bottlenecks in real time
- Hold employees accountable to performance, attendance, and safety expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners
- Maintain production and performance documentation
- Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
What we’re looking for
- Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or operations experience
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
