Diamond Vogel has a full-time opening in Paint Production at the Marshalltown facility. The Production role is responsible for safely and efficiently performing hands-on production and packaging tasks to meet quality, safety, and output goals. This role supports daily manufacturing and packaging operations by following standard work instructions, maintaining accurate documentation, and working collaboratively with Production Leads, Coordinators, and Supervisors to ensure consistent product quality and operational performance.

Responsibilities:
· Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe production environment.
· Operate, monitor, and adjust production and packaging equipment as trained.
· Complete shop orders, batch tickets, and required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
· Perform required quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
· Accurately record production data, materials usage, scrap, and other required information.
· Assist with raw material handling, staging, and finished goods movement as needed.
· Apply labels and packaging materials correctly to ensure product identification and compliance.
· Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, safety hazards, or process deviations promptly to Production Leads or Supervisors.
· Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.
· Work collaboratively with team members to support production schedules and operational goals.
Skills and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environment preferred; training provided for entry-level candidates.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately; basic math and documentation skills are a must.
· Ability to work in a production environment (noise, chemicals, temperature variations) with proper PPE.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
