About the role: The Training Supervisor ensures employees are equipped to work safely and effectively. This role oversees site training, manages Operations Trainers, and partners with managers to foster employee development, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture. The Training Supervisor leads onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training for all site employees.

What you’ll do:
· Drive Safety and Compliance Excellence.
· Promote Diamond Vogel’s purpose and values, inspiring others to do the same.
· Design and deliver effective onboarding, ongoing, and cross-training for site employees.
· Collaborate with site leaders to identify and address knowledge and skill gaps.
· Supervise Operations Trainers, supporting their growth in training, interpersonal, and technical skills.
· Develop, update, and present training methods and other training content.
· Maintain accurate training records using a learning management system.
· Monitor and analyze training effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
· Help monitor workflow, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
· All other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience you’ll need:
· Associate degree (AA)required in Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
· Proactive and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Strong communicator and team player; able to give clear direction and feedback.
· Organized, systematic thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
· Skilled at coaching and supporting employees while ensuring accountability.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively use computer systems and software as part of daily work.
· Spanish language skills and learning management system experience are a plus.
· Previous team lead experience preferred.
· 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or distribution.
